“Do not choose the boat ride option, they play really loud music, and it's not peaceful at all, the whole experience is pretty useless unless you're not residing in old town. There were no contact details given of the tour guide (ahmed) in case you lost your way. We ended up getting lost since no clear means of communication were laid out, and when returned to the meeting point, we were blamed for getting lost! Highly unprofessional!”

The excursion was extremely well organised and we received very good communication from the tour provider from start to finish with regards to pick up times etc. Our tour guide Erdal was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. He went out of his way to ensure our trip was excellent, by providing a lot of information throughout the excursion. During the Jeep Safari, one of the jeeps unfortunately broke down and whilst this was resolved in a timely manner, it did delay our schedule and we missed an aspect of the itinerary which I had been excited for. We were asked to wait outside the main gate, which we did for about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later,the hotel told us that someone came and left from main door. We had to creats a fuss to be taken back on trip as it wasn’t our fault at all. They were not even picking up phone when we tried to ring them.”

“The place was amazing when we finally got there due to 2 shopping trip stops no one was interested and some were even unaware that these shopping stops were included in the day therefore we only had 10mins stop at the thermal pools very disappointing as the pools were the reason we booked the trip in the first place. Our rep did an amazing job it was tough on her because an Asian family who live in the U.K. We're obviously more special than everyone else holding our trip up by 30 mins in total due to being late back on two occasions whilst everyone else sitting on the bus…”

“Amazing value and we saw some lovely sights. However, the thing that we really wanted to see was the Goreme Museum. The guide chose not to take us there. This was not a last minute change due to circumstances - he planned it from the start. 16 hour round trip to be denied this. He found plenty of time to go to a ceramic factory, a jewellery shop and a confectionery shop - all things which we had no interest in. Otherwise it was all enjoyable. “Lot balonem specjalnie mnie nie zachwycił. Ruin Hierapolis nie zwiedzałem, wyglądają podobnie jak Izraelu czy Grecji. Cały wolny czas wykorzystałem na chodzenie po urokliwych tarasach z leczniczymi ciepłymi wodami za scenerią jak na lodowcu. Problematyczny jest transfer, przy zakupie wycieczki adres odbioru zz hotelu nie stanowił problemu ale po zapłacie i zbliżający się terminie odbioru z hotelu pojawiły się problemy. Problemy są również z wymuszaniem przesyłania zdjęć dowodów i paszportów pod pretekstem dokonania ubezpieczenia na lot balonem i szantażowali niedopuszczeniem do lotu podczas gdy przy zamawianiu wycieczki oczekiwali tylko podstawowych danych osobowych i numeru dowodu.
